Learn & Play Every Monday @ 10:30am.
Learn & Play is a story-time program for toddlers. Join us every Monday at 10:30am as we read, make crafts and play games. Though Learn & Play is designed with younger children in mind, older children and siblings are welcome. Parents are encouraged to stay and help with the projects. Craft projects may involve paint or glue or other nice clothes-ruiners, so please dress for messes!
Writers Group 3rd Monday of each month @ 7pm.
The Diver Library Writers Group offers an opportunity for you to share your writing and receive constructive feedback in a positive, fun environment. Writers Group is open to writers of all levels of ability and experience, but space is limited and our schedule might change at a moment’s notice, so please call, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up in Advance.
Summer Reading and School Break Programs
Every summer, Diver Library participates in the NYS reading program to encourage year-round learning. Along with reading initiatives, we plan multiple educational and creative activities for children of all ages throughout the summer months.
We also try to give children (and their parents/guardians) a reason to get out of the house during school recesses. We’ll often have a few days of crafts hours, storytimes, and music-making while school is out of session.
Please call, email, or keep your eyes on this space for more information about our children’s programming throughout the year.
